On April 26, 2022, Professor Rao Lei from our school participated in the "2022 China-EU Higher Education Cooperation and Exchange Platform Conference - Contribution and Challenges of Universities in Green Transformation" co-sponsored by the Ministry of Education and the European Commission Directorate-General for Education and Culture.

As the representative of the course team, she introduced the teaching objectives, faculty members, teaching content and teaching methods about the core course of SCU General Education named Carbon Neutrality: A Common Future for Man and Earth.

At this online conference, Professor Rao shared and discussed her team’s teaching practice and SESCU’s exploration in talent training and discipline construction on the conference topic Contribution and Challenges of Colleges and Universities in Green Transformation. The construction of the core curriculum of carbon neutrality in our school has injected more diverse ideas at the conference.

In recent years, SESCU has been committed to building a platform for cooperation and promoting interdisciplinary integration in the way of encouraging the faculty to join internal and external cooperations, participating in high-level and cutting-edge international conferences etc. .
